I found a few issues. The room seemed much smaller than advertised, a problem with luggage. Hauling bags up the narrow stairs was quite a task. I must say the whole experience felt a bit cramped AND underwhelming.

The location was super convenient! i arrived at paddington station from heathrow and the hotel was just a short walk away. i could easily access restaurants and hyde park from here. i found the staff very helpful. They assisted with early bag drop-off at a secure spot.
the room i stayed in felt a bit small for a quadruple room. i thought it could have offered better value for the money.

the hotel has excellent access to public transportation because paddington station is very close. hyde park is also within a short walking distance. the neighborhood seems very nice, clean, quiet and safe.

The room was clean and included a courtesy tray for drinks. my room also had a microwave and mini fridge. the beds were comfy. I slept soundly each night.

the hotel offers a free luggage room which was very convenient for me. i was able to drop my bags early before check-in without any problems. this made my travel arrangements much smoother.

I loved the hotel's proximity to paddington station. It made getting around so easy! the free coffee was a huge plus, especially in the mornings. the room, a triple room, had all the essentials i needed for my short trip. the shower was also excellent. It had great water pressure and temperature (important after a long day of sightseeing!).
The room décor felt a little dated. I think it could use some sprucing up.
